Privacy Policy

Shopstall helps small sellers publish a product catalogue and keep track of the enquiries that come from it. This policy explains what we collect and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Your account details: email, business name, your name, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram.
  • Your catalogue content: products, images, prices and descriptions you upload.
  • Enquiries from your customers: name, phone, email, Instagram and their message.
  • Basic usage data: catalogue page views and referrer, used only for your analytics.

How we use it

To run your catalogue, deliver enquiries to you, send the notifications you've turned on, and process payments if you're on a paid plan. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Customer information

Enquiries belong to you. You are the seller your customers are contacting, and you're responsible for handling their information reasonably and only for the sale they asked about.

Your rights (PIPEDA)

You can download everything we hold about you at any time from Settings → Account → Export my data. You can also delete your account from the same place, which permanently removes your catalogue, products, leads and activity.

Storage and processors

Data is stored with Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe, and notification emails are sent through Resend. These providers only receive what they need to do their job.
